As an exhibitor, I have not been impressed with the NOHS. I have been in the ring with persons that I felt violated the spirit of the competition by the historical CV known to me. I have watched ONE PERSON judge all the groups and BIS and process the entries like Lucy and Ethyl on the bottling assembly line, in the ancient “I Love Lucy” show.

Let’s all send positive thoughts to Ron and Debbie Scott. For those who don’t know, Ron suffered a subdural hematoma and is recovering at home post-surgery. He has another surgery ahead of him in a few weeks, so everyones’s thoughts and good wishes are appreciated. You can reach out to Ron and Debbie via Facebook if you do not have their email address. Gerry Meisels has also been hospitalized for several weeks, but I hear he is finally on the mend! I am certain he would love to hear from his friends in the dog show community.
