There was a confirmed case of a dog with parvovirus at the Wichita, Kansas shows this past weekend. The show committee was extremely proactive and did their best to disinfect any areas that were possibly affected.

Dogs that receive omega-3 fatty acid supplements or have hypothyroidism may be less likely to develop T-zone lymphoma (TZL). On Friday, March 29th, lighting struck the Julre Kennel, located in Waynesville, Missouri and owned by Joe and Julie Hayes. A fast moving and devastating fire ensued. The Handlers of the 2019 Westminster Group Winners Tell Their Story. The seven group winners at the 143rd Westminster Kennel Club show contained some crowd favorites (the Longhaired Dachshund and the Sussex Spaniel), as well as a win that was a bit of a surprise, as the Schipperke made Westminster history by winning the Non-Sporting Group.
