Louisiana: Laws that Establish COVID Liability Protections Retroactive to March 11, 2020
Among other provisions in the Acts, businesses and other entities are provided certain protections from civil liability for injury or death related to exposure to COVID-19, unless the business failed to substantially comply with applicable COVID-19 procedures established by the federal, state, or local agency that governs the business, and the injury or death was caused by the business’s gross negligence or wanton or reckless misconduct.

Today, North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper signed into law House Bill 118, which provides certain liability protections when there has been exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
Steel Valley Cluster Social Distancing Plan
The Steel Valley Cluster has released the following social distancing plan for the 2020 Steel Valley Cluster. Entries close for the Steel Valley Cluster on Wednesday, July 25 2020 at noon. The Steel Valley Cluster is to be held in Canfield, Ohio on Thursday July 30th – Sunday, August 2nd. The Premium List is available online here.
