It is time to put your thinking caps on! For today’s Virtual Dog Show, we are asking our readers to be the judge and place the following three Papillon dogs First, Second, and Third AND to tell us why.
The complete AKC Official Breed Standard for the Papillon is available here. As quoted from the AKC Standard, the general appearance of a Papillon is as follows:
The Papillon is a small, friendly, elegant toy dog of fine – boned structure, light, dainty and of lively action; distinguished from other breeds by its beautiful butterfly – like ears.
